Goals For the Year 2009

The year 2008 is coming to a close and 2009 is almost here. That means it’s time to plan out your goals for the New Year. What will you do in 2009? How will you grow and better yourself in 2009?

With the closing of 2008 and the beginning of 2009, we should all look at we want to accomplish in the New Year. I have many goals, but I will keep to just a few here. One is to keep up with my fitness goals that I started in 2008. I will also build up this blog to the best that it can be. I have already set goals on the amount of traffic and so forth that I want to achieve by the end of 2009.

Sitting down and making goals for you can be hard for some people. Most people don’t have the patience to plan and write out their goals; they would rather just make them up and then let them falter 2 weeks later. One of the biggest ones for new years is loosing weight. The majority of people say, “I will eat like this and workout every day starting this coming year”. Well, within 2 weeks to one month, most people give up on that goal. I actually have been working on my fitness goal since June of 2008 and haven’t let up, thank you very much!

So when you think about what you want to accomplish in 2009, sit down and write out your goals for the year. Don’t go to big on your goals, set them to be reasonable for the year. Actually writing down your goals will give you something to post on your wall and inspire you to carry through with your 2009 goals for the year!
