How to Save Time Writing Your Blog Posts

Time. We all need more of it in some fashion or another. This is true in blogging and writing as well.

What if I could tell you a simple technique to get back more time in your blogging? There is a technique that I like to use and I know of others that use it too.

This technique is: grouping your blog posts.

What Is It?

Most bloggers will write a blog post day in and day out. They write their posts one at a time.

With blog post grouping, you will write a group or batch of posts all at once. After you have written those posts in advance, you will have more then one post completed, you have more time for other tasks when it is time post another post.

Put It All Together.

Now there are different ways to use this technique, but all of them come down to saving time on your post writing.

I like to take a certain day and sit down to write out my blog posts for those next 5 posts. Having a particular day and/or time is another good addition to using this technique.

Some other ideas you can combine with writing out your groups of blog posts are:

If you are caught up in the mess and chaos of arranging your blog, social networking, writing along with life’s responsibilities, you can use group blog posting to save yourself some time for other responsibilities.
