Simplicity and Consolidation

I have made a decision I have been thinking about long and hard these few months – I have decided to shut down this blog.

To simplify things, I will be moving some of the content on this blog to my personal blog at:

GeorgePasswater.com

The content will keep it’s original post date, comments and associated content.

I will keep up with my writings on areas of business, blogging, Social Media and more at the new site. This step is essential for me to simplify and consolidate my efforts while growing my business. There I showcase some of my work, what I can do for you and how you can contact me to work on your projects.

I thank you all for your support throughout the time this site has been up and I hope to see you over at my personal site: http://www.georgepasswater.com

How to Improve Customer Service [Podcast]

What is customer service to you?

To me, customer service is the process from beginning to end and after of how you interact and treat your customer. If you don’t care, your customer will go elsewhere; you need to care about your customers and develop raving fans of your business.

The other day, my experience with a local pharmacy was something I had to share with you in this podcast. The experience was less than expected of that particular store.

Remember, you need to go beyond your customer’s expectations – you will have a customer for as long as you keep caring.

What do you think?

How do you treat your customers?

New Developments Coming

I have been working hard on different projects lately. With the holidays coming and all, I want to get as many things done as possible; this includes personal projects.

I have redone my personal site and blog to better display my consulting and services. I am also in the middle of revamping this site to have more media content such as podcasts and videos. To be updated on the status of these new developments, please sign-up for my email newsletter. During this time, I also invite you to check out my new personal blog at:

With Thanksgiving tomorrow, I just want to say thank you to all for your support and I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!
